 30 พฤศจิกายน 2558 เรียน ลูกค้าผู้มีอุปการคุณ เรื่อง ปรับปรุงเงื่อนไขการตั้งรหัสผ่านใหม่ (New Password Policy) สำหรับระบบซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ และ/หรือ สัญญาซื้อขายล่วงหน้า ผ่าน scbsonline.com มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 30 พฤศจิกายน 2558 เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายด้านความปลอดภัยของระบบข้อมูลของตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย และ ตามความมุ่งมั่นของบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ ไทยพาณิชย์ จำกัด บริษัท ที่จะดูแลทรัพย์สินของลูกค้า และ ความปลอดภัยในการทำธุรกรรมออนไลน์ผ่านระบบซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์และ/หรือระบบซื้อขายสัญญาซื้อขายล่วงหน้า บริษัทจึงได้ทำการปรับปรุงเงื่อนไขในการตั้งรหัสผ่าน (password policy) สำหรับระบบซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ และ/หรือ ระบบซื้อขายสัญญาซื้อขายล่วงหน้าของบริษัท ผ่านเว็บไซต์ scbsonline.com ใหม่ มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 30 พฤศจิกายน 2558 เป็นต้นไป โดยเงื่อนไขในการตั้งรหัสผ่านใหม่ จะต้องมีความยาวตั้งแต่ 6 10 ตัวอักษร และรูปแบบจะต้อง ประกอบไปด้วย ตัวอักษรภาษาอังกฤษตัวใหญ่ ตัวเล็ก และ ตัวเลขผสมกันอย่างน้อย 1 ตัว ซึ่งสามารถทำรายการเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่านใหม่ โดยการล็อกอินเข้าสู่เว็บไซต์ scbsonline.com >> เมนูบริการทางบัญชี >> เมนูย่อย เปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน ทั้งนี้ บริษัทขอแนะนำให้ท่านกำหนดรหัสผ่านในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนตัวแยกออกจากกันและเป็นรหัสต่างชุดในแต่ละเว็บไซต์ เช่น ตั้งรหัสผ่านสำหรับการเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์ที่ใช้ในการทำธุรกรรมทางด้านการเงิน แยกชุดออกจากรหัสผ่านที่ใช้ในการเข้าอีเมลหรือเฟสบุ๊ค เป็นต้น โดยการตั้งรหัสผ่านที่ยากต่อการคาดเดาและแตกต่างกันในแต่ละเว็บไซต์ จะเป็นการเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในกรณีที่รหัสผ่านของท่านมีบุคคลอื่นที่เข้ามาล่วงรู้ อนึ่ง เนื่องจากรหัสและข้อมูลส่วนตัวต่างๆ ของลูกค้าถือเป็นความลับส่วนบุคคล บริษัทฯ ไม่มีนโยบายและไม่สนับสนุนให้มีการเปิดเผยขัอมูลส่วนตัวผ่านช่องทางใดๆ อย่างเด็ดขาด ดังนั้น หากท่านพบอีเมลที่น่าสงสัย กรุณาแจ้งกลับมายังบริษัทฯ ทางผู้ดูแลบัญชีของท่านตามหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่ระบุไว้ในจดหมายอนุมัติเปิดบัญชีซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ หรือ ติดต่อฝ่ายลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ SCBS Call Center โทร. 02-949-1999 เพื่อดำเนินการตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริงต่อไป จึงเรียนมาเพื่อโปรดทราบ และขอขอบคุณลูกค้าทุกท่านมา ณ โอกาสนี้ ขอแสดงความนับถือ บล.ไทยพาณิชย์ จำกัด |

30 November 2015 Dear valued customer, RE: Adjustment to password policy for equity and/or derivatives trading account(s) on www.scbsonline.com, to take effect on November 30, 2015. Keeping in accordance with the Stock Exchange of Thailand's (SET) security policy and SCB Securities' (the Company) commitment to protect customers' assets and to enhance safety for customers online transactions, the Company has made an adjustment to customer password policy i.e. the requirement on password complexity to access equity and/or derivatives trading account(s) on www.scbsonline.com. This new password policy will take effect on November 30, 2015. Under the requirement, your newly created password has to be 6-10 digits in length and must be a combination of lowercase, uppercase English letters and a minimum of one-digit numeric. You may create a new password by logging in to www.scbsonline.com, then select "Account Services" menu and choose "Change Password". The Company recommends you to create a unique password for www.scbsonline.com that differs from your other website accounts such as email and face book. A complex password that is difficult for others to guess and that is different from other website accounts will further strengthen the security of your equity and/or derivatives trading account(s). Please be kindly reminded that your password and personal information are considered strictly confidential, the Company has no policy to ask you to disclose such information via any channel. Should you receive any suspicious emails, please do not hesitate to contact your investment consultant directly before replying those emails.
