เรียน ลูกค้าบัญชีประเภทวงเงิน (Cash Account)

สืบเนื่องจากแผนพัฒนาตลาดทุนไทย กำหนดให้บริษัทหลักทรัพย์มีการปรับปรุงระบบการโอนเงินอัตโนมัติ(ATS) สำหรับลูกค้าบัญชีประเภทวงเงิน (Cash Account) ซึ่งจะมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 12 กุมภาพันธ์ 2561 เป็นต้นไป โดยวิธีนี้ ได้กำหนดเวลาใหม่สำหรับรอบการตัดและเข้าเงินด้วยระบบ ATS ที่บัญชีธนาคารของลูกค้าประเภทวงเงิน ในวันครบกำหนดชำระ T+3 ดังนี้

- สำหรับเงินค่าซื้อสุทธิ บริษัทฯจะตัดเงินจากบัญชีธนาคารลูกค้า ภายในเวลา 11:30 น.
- สำหรับเงินค่าขายสุทธิ บริษัทฯจะนำเข้าบัญชีธนาคารลูกค้า เวลา 15:15 น. (โดยประมาณ)

จึงเรียนมาเพื่อขอให้ลูกค้าบัญชีประเภทวงเงิน (Cash Account) เตรียมเงินสดให้เพียงพอในการหักบัญชีที่ธนาคาร ตามกำหนดเวลาใหม่ข้างต้น

ทั้งนี้ แผนงานอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามประกาศของหน่วยงานทางการที่เกี่ยวข้อง ท่านสามารถสอบถามผู้ดูแลบัญชี หรือศึกษารายละเอียดดังกล่าว รวมถึงศึกษาเพื่อรับทราบแผนกำหนดการลดระยะเวลาวันครบกำหนดชำระจากวันที่T+3 เป็น T+2 (กำหนดจะมีผลตั้งแต่ 6 มีนาคม 2561 เป็นต้นไป ) รวมถึงหลักการ Pending Settlement ตามเกณฑ์ของ บริษัท สำนักหักบัญชี (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (TCH) ได้ที่ www.scbsonline.com

Dear Cash Account clients,

As Thai Capital Market Development Plan requires all brokers to adjust the Automatic Transfer System (ATS) for a client who holds cash account type . To be effective on February 12, 2018 onwards, this method determines the new cut off time of amount deduction from and the amount deposit into a client’s bank account by ATS on the due date T+3 as follows.

- For net purchase , the amount will be deducted from a client’s bank account within 11:30 AM.
- For net sell, the amount will be deposited into client’s bank account approximately 3:15 PM.

To comply with this new regulation, SCBS requests a client who holds cash account type to prepare the sufficient balance within the new cut off time.

Please be noted that this plan could be altered depending on the related government agency’s official announcement. You can contact your Investment Consultant for further clarifications.
