In order to comply with policies and guidelines of the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) and to prevent using of stock market as a channel of money laundering, monetary support for terrorism, you, as a customer who has a trading account with SCB Securities (SCBS), are required to submit the below form to update your annual information review.
For the use of SCBSs services, SCBS will collect, use and disclose the Customers personal data and/or any other persons personal data provided by the Customer to SCBS for the purpose of providing services in accordance with this Agreement and any other purposes as prescribed in SCBSs Privacy Notice. To understand how SCBS collects, uses and discloses personal data and the data owners rights in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, the Customer may further read such Privacy Notice as announced by SCBS on SCBSs website namely www.scbs.com and/or any other channels prescribed by SCBS or to be further changed and notified to the Customer by announcing on such website and/or any other channels prescribed by SCBS. In addition, in the event that the Customer has given any personal data of any other person, the Customer shall notify such person of the details relating to the collection, use and disclosure of personal data and rights under such Privacy Notice.
